Hemorrhoids and Genital Pain?

I have suffered from internal hemorrhoids for about 3 months and want to know if genital, penis pain can be caused by hemorrhoids. I have had a colonoscopy a cystoscopy and both were normal and I my doctor even tested for STDs and urinary tract infections to be on the safe side which all were normal. I'm at a loss as to why I have anal pain from hemorrhoids and lower pelvic and penis pain. Can anyone tell me if hemorrhoids can cause genital and penis pain?
