Can any of these listed meds cause hemorrhoids? HELP!?

I just started taking numerous medications/vitamins less than a month ago, and I noticed that today I think I have my first hemorrhoid?

Biotin 5000 mcg daily

Fish oil /vitamin D 1000 mg daily

Adderall 10 mg daily

Strattera 60mg daily

L-Lysine (just started 3 days ago) 1000 mg daily

…Can any of these be a link to hemorrhoids? I'm really worried because there is blood in my stool and my anus is swollen. I have never had anal sex, or put anything in my anus.
If none of those meds could be the cause, what could? And how do I tread this situation?

If you have hemorrhoids, does it hurt to remove them?

It has been around 2-3 months that if I go to the bathroom it hurts. I recently noticed like a pimple sort of where you go do #2. What is it? Is it bad?
I'm scared it can become like anal cancer.
I don't know if it is a hemorrhoid or what..?? Please help if you know anything about it.

Question about hemorrhoids?

I know this may be an awkward question, but I seem to have at least 2 symptoms of hemorrhoids (although I eat healthy, barely any fat, no fried meat, only boiled etc.. And I don't sit down all day, I have quite a healthy lifestyle) and I know that this will gross you out but I need to know, if you touch your anus, can you feel the hemorrhoid?

How do you get rid of inflamed hemorrhoids?

Over the counter hemorrhoidal creams to help shrink.
Sitz baths
Medicated “Tucks” for cleansing
Colace to keep stool soft, less straining, less inflammation.
Fresh fruit, fresh veggies, fruit juices, water, bran, activity to prevent constipation
Do not sit on toilet for long periods, causes increased pressure to rectal area.
Avoid squatting, lifting, straining.

Can Hemorrhoids (or Hemorrhoid operation) be disqualifying for a pilot?

I have a private pilot license PPL(A) and was wondering if Hemorrhoids (or Hemorrhoid operation) could be disqualifying for a pilot with a 1st or 2nd class medical certificate.

Can topical anesthetic relieve hemorrhoids?

My aunt has external hemorrhoids and really hurts like hell according to her. She is too scared of surgery. Will a topical a topical anesthetic help? Need your inputs.
