Hemorrhoids – How I Cured My Hemorrhoids

Can any of these listed meds cause hemorrhoids? HELP!?

I just started taking numerous medications/vitamins less than a month ago, and I noticed that today I think I have my first hemorrhoid?

Biotin 5000 mcg daily

Fish oil /vitamin D 1000 mg daily

Adderall 10 mg daily

Strattera 60mg daily

L-Lysine (just started 3 days ago) 1000 mg daily

…Can any of these be a link to hemorrhoids? I'm really worried because there is blood in my stool and my anus is swollen. I have never had anal sex, or put anything in my anus.
If none of those meds could be the cause, what could? And how do I tread this situation?
